CCTV products are very technical and we can sometimes spend hours helping to get our customer's CCTV systems setup and running just the way they like it (at no extra cost) or resolving issues.
All of our kits are now starting to come with our own “Plain English quick setup and support guides” which include basic troubleshooting steps and FAQs which, often resolve many of our customer’s initial queries and support requests.
